Our Refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, I’m afraid we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the fact that we sell perishable items, we cannot unfortunately accept returns.
However, if, within a period of 7 days from the date of purchase, you are unhappy with an item purchased from our online store, you may, subject to the terms below, request a replacement or exchange. Please contact us immediately via email or phone.
- If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us via e-mail within 24 hours. We will arrange a number of options to correct this.
- If you wish to return a product for any other reasons, please note that unfortunately we cannot take products back due to the perishable nature of food products. Health and safety regulations prohibit us from being able to accept the return of such products.
- Should Low Carb Haven approve a refund, we have the discretion to refund you by any appropriate means including a credit, cash or by crediting your applicable credit or debit card, or bank account.
- We do not guarantee that you will be automatically refunded. The decision to refund is solely at the discretion of Low Carb Haven.
- Please note that items purchased on a discounted sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please note that for all refund claims, we will require:
- Your name, address and contact number
- The reason for the return
- A copy of your original invoice
- And, subject to the nature of the claim, photographic evidence of the issue
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order when you get it and contact us immediately if there are any issues or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do reserve the right to swap out certain similar items based on availability and seasonality.
We will make arrange to deliver the replacement item/s at our expense.

If your refund claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
