Low Carb Haven subscribes to POPI principles. We take steps to ensure the collection, storage, and handling of your personal information is done appropriately and securely.
When you purchase from our store as part of the buying process, we collect and use the personal information you provide like your name, address, contact details, and email address. We will not divulge your information to 3rd Parties not involved in the fulfillment of the order and will never sell your details.
Email marketing
With your permission, we may send you emails about Low Carbh Haven, products, and other updates.
Security
You will never be required to provide us with your credit card details directly to Low Carb Haven. The payment information is handled by our payment gateway, Yoco. Yoco never sends your payment details when transactions are processed. The transactions are processed across SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and are encrypted. REFUND POLICY

We will refund your purchase within 7 days of the purchase. No refund will be considered after 7 days. The refund is subject to the terms below.

  • If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange collection and then delivery of the correct product. 
  • Should we approve a refund, Low Carb Haven reserves the right to refund you by way of a credit to your account for later purchases.
  • If the product is spoilt and not fit for consumption, you will be refunded.
  • There will unfortunately not be any refunds for products on sale.
  • The refund does not extend to cover items normally frozen like Gluten Free bread.

Delivery times:

Gauteng: 1-3 working days
Main Centres: 2-3 working days
Regional Areas: 3-5 working days
IMPORTANT

These delivery transit times are estimations. Please note that we use a third-party courier company to do our deliveries and it is out of our control.

Orders placed Mondays to Thursdays will begin processing the same day and be collected by the courier the next day.
Orders placed on Fridays will only be dispatched on Mondays. Certain factors are not in our control
All orders placed after business hours on weekends and holidays shall begin processing on the first business day thereafter.
No orders will be dispatched prior to a payment reflected in our bank account.
Very Important – There is a current ban on deliveries to Townships. The parcels get taken to the nearest police station for collection by the client.
We are not able to give any refund on the food items.

While we make every effort to ensure freshness and quality, you consume Low Carb Haven products at your own risk, and the company cannot be held liable for any illness, disability or death resulting from the consumption of any produced purchased from Low Carb Haven via our website or in any other way.
