This convenient white self raising flour blend is an ideal alternative to self raising wheat flour. It can be used in baking bread, cakes, muffins and biscuits.

Ingredients

Rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, maize flour*, buckwheat flour, raising agents (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), xanthan gum. * Does not contain genetically modified organisms.

Serving and Usage suggestions

Use in the place of self raising wheat flour in baking. It will require a little extra liquid in most recipes.
